Hi I'm Erin! I have over 25 years experience in healthcare. No matter where you’re at in life, trust me, I’ve been there. And let me tell you, it’s time to figure out how to balance the high-powered hustle with a little 'me time'. We’re dynamic, goal-getting women who expect the best from ourselves. We hit a goal, and then… surprise, we raise the bar. Society loves to tell us we can have it all but conveniently forgets to mention the sacrifices (and maybe a little shame) that can come with it.​

Achieve Mental Health and Wellness is a premier women's wellness center providing compassionate, trauma-informed care for women ages 25-64. Whether you’re struggling with mood changes, experiencing intrusive thoughts, or adjusting to life during and after pregnancy, healing is possible.

Although depressed and anxious thoughts and emotions may be experienced at any time, they may be more bothersome during the perinatal period. â€‹Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) refer to the emotional, psychological, and social well-being of a mother during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. It encompasses a range of mental health conditions that can arise during the perinatal period, through pregnancy and up to a year after childbirth.

What Makes Achieve Different?

So here’s the deal. I started Achieve Mental Health and Wellness because I needed a space for women like me to rediscover ourselves and dream up new possibilities. Let’s be real, traditional medicine is all about medications and focusing on symptoms, while totally ignoring the mind-body connection, our need for personal growth, or the deeper stuff that’s actually driving how we feel. It’s like a never-ending cycle of meds to treat meds. And yes, I have taken medication, and I do believe, when used safely and prescribed appropriately, they can be instrumental to improving our physical and mental health. But here’s the thing, the things that really helped me weren’t even on the radar. I had to go out and find them myself (sometimes by accident, like how I started yoga for my back pain and ended up finding emotional release and clarity). Or how silence, stillness, and being present became powerful tools for creativity, growth, and healing.

That’s exactly why I created my signature Achieve Wellness: Mind & Body Mastery Program. It’s all about mindfulness, with prescription medication when appropriate, giving you the clarity and confidence to live unapologetically and authentically, no matter where you are in life. I’ve been through the grind and figured it out, and I can help you too.
